崗位要求 Responsibilities:
      1.確保注塑工藝在合理，科學(xué)的管控下運(yùn)行 Ensure and maintain injection molding process control and capability for all tools using scientific molding principles;
      2.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并支持注塑工藝的改進(jìn) Lead and support implementation of injection Molding processes improvement;
      3.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)注塑工藝在循環(huán)時(shí)間，效率，良品率以及參數(shù)優(yōu)化等方面的改進(jìn) Lead injection/PUR molding improvements to include cycle time efficiencies, cavitation, scrap reduction, and establishment of optimal processing parameters;
      4.協(xié)助問題解決，質(zhì)量改進(jìn)以及人員培訓(xùn) Assist with trouble shooting, tool sampling, quality issues and training;
      5.監(jiān)控工藝運(yùn)行以識別區(qū)域改進(jìn)并協(xié)調(diào)必要的糾正措施 Monitors process performance in order to identify areas for improvement, coordinating corrective actions as necessary;
      
      任職資格 Qualification:
      1.大?；虮究茖W(xué)歷Diploma or bachelor degree ；
      2.至少5年的注塑工藝相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 5 years of experience in engineering related to mold qualifications;
      3.有相關(guān)注塑工藝改進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn) Scientific process molding development principles;
      
      4.豐富的注塑工藝相關(guān)知識 Strong knowledge of mold setup process;
      5.良好的溝通能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力 Ability to communicate effectively (written & spoken) as required for job related communication throughout the organization;
